No way House could have been able to tell that there was a girl in the ER with CIPA because no other doctor would have picked up on it. There is a reason they keep House at the hospital even if he is a jerk, besides that he's an absolute medical genius: as Cuddy herself said, "The sunofabitch is the best doctor we have!"
